This Champagne comes from a traditional winery located at the heart of the growing region. The house style is characterised by freshness, elegance and fullness of flavour. This Cuvée Extra Brut is made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes from outstanding years grown at six Grand Cru sites. After maturing for 4 years in the cellar, this Champagne is at its finest: in the glass it is very light with a fine, long-lasting perlage. The bouquet is elegant and intensive with notes of citrus and white fruits. On the palate these aromas create a wonderful balance with mineral notes that are discernible in the long-lasting finish.
