The VC 10 vacuum sealer is ideal for everyone who wants to enjoy fresh food. The light and compact device enables you to vacuum seal fish, meat, vegetables or fruit easily and fully automatically. Thanks to the practical vacuum stop button you can set the desired vacuum strength and adjust it to the food in question. It also has electronic temperature monitoring and a separate sealing function. The length of the seal can be freely selected up to a maximum length of 30cm.

Naturally preserve your food

With the vacuum sealer you can naturally preserve your food for longer and without the need for any preservatives. So you can still enjoy fresh food at a later date and valuable vitamins and minerals are retained. You can also use the vacuum sealer to prepare your meat or vegetables for modern SousVide cooking. Food is cooked in a vacuum bag and becomes incredibly tender as it simmers in its own juice.
