Standard delivery

The delivery charge for purchases made in euros is € 5.95. Delivery usually takes around one week from receipt of your order. If you pay for the items using miles only, we make a flat-rate delivery charge of 1,200 miles.

Express delivery

Express delivery (for orders placed on working days from Mon - Fri before 12.00 am / service only available within Germany) is subject to an additional charge of € 13 or 4,000 miles (added to the standard delivery costs of € 5.95 / 1,200 miles).

Delivery outside Germany

Delivery outside Germany to the countries AT, BE, DK, ES, FI, FR, GR, IE, IT, LU, NL, PT, SE, UK costs € 9.50.

Delivery to BG, CY, CZ, EE, HR, HU, LT, LV, MT, PL, RO, SI, SK costs € 29.

Delivery, custom duties and charges to CH, LI cost € 25.

Customs duties and charges for delivery to the Canary Islands, Cyprus and also Switzerland must be paid by the consignee. Delivery generally takes two weeks from receipt of the order.

Note: Due to some constraints at Russian customs, shipment to Russia is not possible until further notice. For pending orders to Russia please contact our service center. If you fly via/to Frankfurt or Munich, please consider using our service Airport Delivery.

Delivery with pure miles payment to AT, BE, DK, ES, FI, FR, GR, IE, IT, LU, NL, PT, SE, UK will be carried out under deduction of additional 2,000 miles as a fixed rate delivery charge.
Delivery to BG, CH, CY, CZ, EE, HR, HU, LI, LT, LV, MT, PL, RO, SI, SK will be carried out under deduction of additional 8,000 miles as a fixed rate delivery charge.

Customs duties and charges

Customs duties and charges for delivery to the Canary Islands must be paid by the consignee.

 

By opting to use the Gate Delivery Service the customer accepts responsibility for compliance with both the hand luggage regulations of the airline with which they are travelling as well as the customs regulations of the destination country.

1. Miles & More GmbH, Unterschweinstiege 8, 60549 Frankfurt am Main (hereinafter "Miles & More") is holding its online “Advent Prize Draw”. The following conditions will apply to participation in and implementation of the prize draw.

2. All Miles & More members who are at least 18 years of age and are not excluded under these terms of participation are eligible to participate. Miles & More GmbH employees and their relatives are excluded from participation. Persons resident in the USA, Canada, Italy, San Marino, Vatican City, Liechtenstein and Switzerland are also excluded from participating.

3. Miles & More reserves the right to exclude persons from participation for justified reasons, particularly if there are violations of the conditions of participation, prohibited aids are employed or there is any manipulation of the prize draw. If this becomes necessary, prizes may be retrospectively cancelled and reclaimed. Participation on behalf of others or using automated competition entry providers is not permitted.

4. The competition starts at midnight CET on 21 November 2016. The deadline for entries is 11:59 p.m. CET on 18 December 2016. Only orders received by that date will provide entitlement to entry in the prize draw.

5. Every member placing a purchase order at worldshop.eu with a minimum overall order value of EUR 300 during the competition period will be automatically entered in the prize draw. It will also be considered that the above requirement with regard to minimum order value has been met when award miles are redeemed to pay for the articles in a shopping basket with an overall value of EUR 300. Shipping costs and discounts will not be taken into account when calculating shopping basket value, nor will the value of items that are sold exclusively against the redemption of award miles. There is one chance of winning per week (in each Monday to Sunday period during the competition period). One entry only will be allocated to each member per week. Thus orders with a value exceeding the minimum required value of EUR 300 will not increase the chances of winning nor will the number of individual orders submitted each week. Members will not be specifically informed that they have been entered in the prize draw. The four winners will be drawn on 31 January 2017

6. Members have the chance to win 1 x 250,000 award miles in each of the four prize draws.

7. A single email notification will be sent to winners. The email address quoted in the relevant member's order will be used for this purpose. The prizes will be awarded to the winners only. Prizes will be awarded in the form of Miles & More award miles and credited to the corresponding members’ accounts within two weeks of the draw.

8. It will be assumed, with regard to entitlement to participation in the prize draw, that all personal details and information provided when placing the corresponding order are accurate. Miles & More reserves the right to publish the first name, the first letter of the surname and the town of residence of each winner on miles-and-more.com. By accepting these terms and conditions of participation, you consent to the publication of your name in the event of a win.

9. Winners will not be entitled to claim an alternative prize. Prizes may not be changed or exchanged. No cash payments (or partial payments) will be made in lieu of a prize. The entitlement to a prize cannot be transferred to another person.

10. Miles & More can assume no liability for technical errors that may occur during the registration or order process. Miles & More also reserves the right to suspend or cancel the prize draw if, for technical or other reasons, its proper implementation cannot be guaranteed. Miles & More reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions of participation at any time. Should individual conditions of participation be or become invalid, the remaining conditions of participation will retain their validity. Miles & More furthermore reserves the right to terminate or interrupt the prize draw at any time without prior notice. This is specifically the case should situations arise that might hinder or prevent the proper implementation of the prize draw.

11. Miles & More will not be liable for losses specifically attributable to errors, delays or interruptions in the transmission of information, to disruptions of technical systems or services, to the provision of inaccurate information, to the loss or deletion of data caused by viruses or other factors during participation, unless such losses arise as a result of malicious intent or gross negligence on the part of Miles & More. The disclaimers above do not apply to events resulting in loss of life, bodily injury or damage to health. In addition, the disclaimers do not apply in the event of negligent violation of obligations that must be met in order to make proper implementation possible and violation of which puts the fulfilment of the contractual objective at risk, which obligations members can normally assumed will be met. In the latter case, Miles & More will only be liable for the foreseeable losses that are typical in the given situation.

12. Members will be providing their personal detail voluntarily. This information will be provided during the product order process. All data will be treated confidentially and in accordance with statutory data protection regulations. The data will collected by Miles & More in connection with the order and this prize draw and will only be processed and used for this purpose. The data collected for the prize draw will be used only to determine and notify the winners and will not be used for any other purposes and specifically will not be disclosed to third parties. The data collected for this purpose will only be retained until the purpose for which it has been collected has been met. Where longer retention of data is necessary for commercial or tax-related reasons, the period for the retention of certain data may be up to ten years. The data protection information provided at /de/page/privacy?2 will apply.

13. By ordering products, members confirm their consent to the collection, processing and use of their personal data. This consent takes the following form, while members also have the right to withdraw this consent as follows: I agree to allow Miles & More GmbH to collect, process and use the personal data provided by me in connection with the prize draw. I can withdraw my consent in part or in whole with future effect by mailing a written declaration to Miles & More GmbH – Lufthansa WorldShop Service, c/o davero dialog GmbH, Am Pestalozziring 1-2, D- 91058 Erlangen or by emailing the declaration to: 065049055043027057035049051000027043035001027029001 In this event your participation in the prize draw will be terminated.

14. All decisions are final and there is no right of legal recourse. The prize draw is subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany
