The Varia™ RTL516 from Garmin is an StVZO-approved rear bicycle light with integrated radar technology for vehicle detection from a distance of up to 140 meters. If a vehicle is approaching, the radar warns the rider acoustically and visually - for example via their smartphone or a Garmin Edge® bicycle computer (available separately). The slimline and aerodynamic Varia™ RTL516 can be mounted on the seat post of racing, touring or city bikes without tools. The battery runtime of up to 9 hours enables even longer bike rides.
