A Palatinate Riesling from vines that are over 35 years old and grow on chalky terraces in Ellerstadt. The grapes are gently pressed using minimal pressure and then fermented under controlled conditions in steel tanks. The wine has a beautiful bright colour and a wonderfully fruity aroma with a mineral finish.
