The house of Philippe Gonet has been owned by the family for seven generations. Here, they masterfully combine minerality and drinking pleasure. For the Roy Soleil only base wines made with Chardonnay grapes from Grand Cru regions were used. In the glass, it appears straw-yellow with green reflections and a long-lasting, lively perlage. The elegant bouquet is characterised by citrus, apricot and gingerbread notes. This is followed by a taste explosion on the palate with full-bodied fruit aromas of mandarin and grapefruit that culminate in a luxurious finale.
