Markus Schneider is one of Germany's most renowned wine growers. Their wines combine international style with Palatinate tradition: the Kaitui is pressed following the example of New Zealand Sauvignon Blancs. The grapes mainly come from cool, limestone parcels at a high altitude. Kaitui Green is an exclusive limited edition that places particular emphasis on the freshness of the grape variety - which Schneider also calls "Kiwi Style". With its exotic passion fruit and lemon notes, this dry white wine is a delicious accompaniment to Asian cuisine.
