Selected pomace from Prosecco grapes, picked fresh and soft, form the basis for this elegant Grappa. After artisanal distillation, it is allowed to mature for over 18 months in barriques and small barrels. This creates the beautiful amber colour with gold flecks and the soft, flowery aroma with notes of almond, green apple and vanilla, completely without additives.
