The Champagnes of established winery Brimoncourt are characterised by their freshness, elegance and fullness of flavour. The brut rosé is a cuvée of three grape varieties: Chardonnay adds finesse, Pinot Noir gives structure and colour, while Pinot Meunier provides fruity aromas. In the glass, it has a delicate pink colour and a subtle yet persistent perlage. The bouquet is subtle, with notes of citrus, bergamot, melon and raspberry. A generous, fruity flavour with aromas of rose, cinnamon and wild strawberry develops on the palate, culminating in a lingering finish.
