This compact, transportable suspension trainer is perfect for effective whole-body workouts at any fitness level. Exercises using your own body weight allow you to train whole muscle groups and deep muscles, and promote coordination and flexibility. The body of the trainer is made of solid wood, while the multiplex rings provide optimal grip. The ropes are continuously length-adjustable and can be fixed securely. The NOHRD Sling is suspended from a permanently mounted hook on the ceiling via a carabiner. If you like, you can also hang it on a suitable tree branch for an outdoor workout.
