This fresh, very balanced Rosé Champagne is a great representation of the Bollinger brand's philosophy, which has high standards of perfection. In the glass it has a bronze-coloured shimmer, while on the nose there are hints of redcurrants, cherries and wild strawberries as well as a fine spicy note. The flavour is a refined combination of structure, length and vivacity, with velvet flavours of wild berries and delicate tannins in the finish. Bollinger Rosé makes an ideal aperitif and pairs well with mild oriental dishes and fruity desserts.
