The Dead Rabbit is an intense blend of malt and grain whiskeys, aged for five years in bourbon casks and then matured to perfection in new small American oak casks. The nose is light and aromatic, with notes of toast and oak and a hint of caramel. The deep, rich flavour develops subtle notes of vanilla in the finish. This Irish whiskey with hints of bourbon tastes great neat, on the rocks or in cocktails.
