With this wine, two top winemakers from the Palatinate join forces: Thomas Hensel from Bad Dürkheim and Markus Schneider from Ellerstadt. With their "Hensel und Gretel", they've produced a fabulous red wine made from grapes from the sites of both wineries. The cuvée of Merlot, Cabernet, Saint Laurent and Blaufränkisch is partly matured in oak barrels. This wine's spicy-fruity character offers impressive berry aromas, fine tannins and a fruity finish.
