This Sansibar Borgo Santo Rosé has its origin in the heart of Friuli. The grape skin is only left in the mash for a very brief period, which gives the Spumante its delicate, silky, light-pink colour. Maturation in a steel tank and secondary fermentation with at least three months' exposure to yeast allows this Italian sparkling wine to develop its fine perlage and soft yet complex character boasting elegance and crispness. A beautifully balanced Spumante that shows the feminine side of Friuli. Plus, every magnum bottle is unique - hand-painted in a street art design.
