The solid cast iron gas burner heats the pizza oven to over 400 °C, while its special C-shape ensures even heat distribution. The automatically rotating cordierite pizza stone also contributes to optimal baking results: it is excellent at absorbing and perfectly distributing heat to ensure that pizza bases and crusts are evenly crisp. The baking surface, which has a diameter of 40 cm, has space for either one large or two small pizzas, and the integrated thermometer means you can always keep an eye on the temperature.
