If your credit card is a Mastercard with Securecode function or a VISA credit card with the Verified by VISA function, a window opens at the end of the ordering process prompting you to enter your password for the relevant security system. When you have done so, the window then closes and the order is complete.
You can pay quickly and easily in our shop with Apple Pay®. You just need a compatible Apple® device – e.g. an iPhone®, iPad® or Mac® – as well as a credit or debit card stored in Apple Wallet®. You must also make the purchase via the Safari browser, as Apple Pay® is only supported there.
To make payments via Apple Pay®, you must have a valid credit card on file with the relevant payment service. The amount will be charged to this credit card.
Simply select Apple Pay® as the payment method during the payment process. Depending on the device, payment is then authorised via Face ID®, Touch ID® or code. Your payment details are not sent to us, but are instead processed by Apple® in encrypted form – for maximum security and data protection.
Please note that Apple Pay® can currently only be used to make payments in euros (EUR). If Apple Pay® is not shown during the order process, please check whether your device, browser and payment method meet the requirements.
You can pay for your order in our shop simply and securely with Google Pay™. To use this payment method, you need an Android™ device or a computer with the Chrome browser, as well as an active Google account with a valid credit or debit card on file.
To make payments via Google Pay™, you must have a valid credit card on file with the relevant payment service. The amount will be charged to this credit card.
Paying with Google Pay™ is quick and easy: simply select Google Pay™ as the payment method during the order process. Then just confirm the payment via your device – either by fingerprint, facial recognition, or device lock code. Your payment details are not sent directly to us, but are instead processed by Google in encrypted form.
Please note that Google Pay™ can only be used in our shop to make payments in euros (EUR). If Google Pay™ is not shown during the order process, please check whether the above requirements are met.
For orders with a delivery and billing address in Germany, you have the option of paying on receipt of invoice*. Please transfer the outstanding amount to the account below within 14 days of receipt of the goods and quote your order and customer numbers:

The account details can also be found on your invoice*, which will be sent to the email address registered in your customer profile. Please note that payment must be made in full. Unfortunately, we cannot accept part payments or payment by instalments.
*For first orders and orders of high value, we reserve the right not to make certain payment methods available for your order and to ask you to use a different payment method. When using our Worldshop Airport Delivery service, you can only pay by credit card or, if the payment is in Euros, via PayPal.
For payment in advance, we will send you our bank details by email and deliver the items once we receive payment. If we do not receive payment within 10 days of request of payment, we will cancel your order.
