A new interpretation of white wine: a Pinot Grigio with Appaxximento. A unique white wine blend of fresh and dried grapes. This finely balanced cuvée with quality grade IGP is prepared using a technically complex process and is made from the two local grape varieties Pinot Grigio and Verduzzo. Dried overripe Verduzzo grapes ferment in barriques, providing a counterpoint to the fresh acidity of the Pinot Grigio.

A special taste experience

Intensive straw yellow with golden glints. Elegant fruity aromas such as peach and apricot dominate the nose of the white wine, with echoes of tropical pineapple. The palate is characterised by body and freshness and complements the ripe fruit and a slight citrus aroma already present in the nose. The aftertaste is dry and distinctly long.
