The suspended metal construction and the glass bottom panel allow slices to be laid down directly onto plates and dishes and arranged in a way that's sure to whet the appetite. Whether you prefer your slices wafer-thin or nice and thick - the slice thickness is infinitely adjustable up to approx. 20 mm. And the carriage can be removed easily so that you can cut oversized items too.
