This fruity forest raspberry liqueur from the Ziegler distillery is affectionately known as "Himbi". Although the raspberries weren't picked in the forest, they did grow wild around Lake Balaton in Hungary. They're then hand-picked and transformed into this delicious spirit, which eventually reveals its highly aromatic berry flavours softly and gently in the mouth.
