The E-Beefer Pro is the first electric top-heat grill to reach 800 °C - for perfect steaks and much more. The high temperature allows the surface of the food to caramelise and form a crispy crust, while the inside remains tender and juicy. The precision-engineered insertion rack enables precise height adjustment and can be locked in place with a single hand movement. An innovative ventilation system ensures that the outside of the E-Beefer only gets warm to the touch despite the high internal temperature - which is why the E-Beefer is also approved for indoor use. For cleaning, the two retainers for the rack can be quickly removed without the use of tools. Enjoy perfect steaks, simply cooked with electricity from the socket.
