Les Sinards is produced primarily from young vines. The large proportion of Grenache grapes makes it an absolutely classic Châteauneuf-du-Pape. In the glass, Les Sinards is a deep ruby red; the nose is filled with intense aromas ofblack and red fruits, spices and pepper. On the palate, it is fresh and smooth with refined tannins, which resolves into a pleasant finish with hints of cherry. A delicious accompaniment to dishes with game, truffles or mushrooms.
