The 3-layer design of the pan, consisting of stainless steel, aluminium and stainless steel again, guarantees optimum heat distribution. However, what's most unique about the Santo pan is its hybrid coating, which allows you to use metal utensils in it without causing any damage. Another advantage is the ergonomically shaped metal handle that does not heat up significantly on the hob thanks to its special design. Furthermore, the pan can even be used in the oven at temperatures of up to 260 °C. All this makes the Santo frying pan a reliable kitchen companion.
