First, the fully integrated steel grinder grinds the coffee to one of 45 coarseness settings, before a precise quantity between18 and 22 g is dispensed and automatically tamped down. Finally, the ThermoJet® brewing head, which is constantly heated to 93 °C, ensures a perfectly balanced extraction. If too much or too little is extracted, Barista Guidance notifies you that you need to adjust the coarseness setting. You can now also select the new specialities Cold Brew and Cold Espresso directly from the full-colour touch display, along with your favourite coffees.
