1. General

• Digital Worldshop Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash value.
• A digital Worldshop voucher cannot be used retrospectively to pay for orders already completed.
• On use of a digital Worldshop voucher, the period of validity for the amount spent terminates.

2. Conditions for redeeming digital Worldshop vouchers

• Digital Worldshop vouchers can only be redeemed online at worldshop.eu.
• A digital Worldshop voucher is valid from the time and date it was issued to the end of the year of issue and for an additional three years thereafter (e.g. date of issue 21.8.2025, valid until 31.12.2028).
• Multiple digital Worldshop vouchers can be redeemed for each individual order.
• If the digital Worldshop voucher value exceeds the purchase price of the order, the remaining value of the digital Worldshop voucher can be used for further purchases within the period of validity of the digital Worldshop voucher.
• If the value of the digital Worldshop voucher is insufficient to cover the full amount of the order, the difference can be paid when redeeming the digital Worldshop voucher, using one of the payment methods available.
• A digital Worldshop voucher can only be used for orders that are paid in Euros or Swiss Franc.

3. Redeeming digital Worldshop Voucher

• Digital Worldshop vouchers can only be redeemed online at worldshop.eu.
• For some items, redeeming miles and thus participating in the Miles & More program is necessary.
• Digital Worldshop vouchers can be redeemed online at worldshop.eu at the “Payment” phase of the order process. The corresponding 30-digit code must be entered in the “Redeem voucher/promotional code” field.

4. Refunds in Case of a return

• If orders paid by means of a digital Worldshop voucher are returned within the statutory cancellation (cooling-off) period, the refund will be issued in the form of the payment method originally used.
• The redeemed digital Worldshop voucher will be reactivated according to the refund amount, and its validity will remain unchanged.
• A digital Worldshop voucher is not refundable in cash.
