This elegant, complex blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay is traditionally fermented in the bottle. The grapes are grown near the sea on the Cape and picked by hand. Pongrácz has a delicate scent of yeast that is followed by dominant aromas of toast and ripe fruits on the nose. It is wonderfully lively on the palate, with notes of dark berries that persist in the finish for a long time.
