Dom Pérignon Rosé 2009 is a Champagne of superlatives. Its nose commences with a genuine burst of richness and complexity. First come aromas of ripe fruits, followed by figs and strawberries. And while the rosé Champagne breathes and develops, it reveals notes of guava, violet and vanilla. It is notably well-defined and concentrated on the palate. Its body is structured and complex. Its silky aromatic character gradually finishes with mineral, iodine and salty notes.
