The TD-9 was John Shafer's first tractor, which he taught himself to drive when he founded the vineyard in 1973. This TD-9 pays tribute to the old vehicle; it is a delightful blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec and a little Petit Verdot, which have matured for more than 20 months in new barrels made from French oak.
