This Pinotage offers a wonderful blend of aromas of cherry, raspberry and plum, rounded off by spices and dark chocolate. Fresh, refined tannins, well-integrated oak notes and a fine minerality provide balance and a long finish. With the Bernard Series, the Bellingham vineyard is celebrating the determination and unconventional spirit of its co-founder Bernard Podlashuk. His courage in forging new paths was a key factor in the development of the winemaking scene in South Africa as we know it today. The internationally awarded wines in the series all showcase an individual character.
