Mühle-Glashütte

1869–2026: What defines us – what drives us.

Are they pieces of jewelry and collector’s items, or are they works of craftsmanship? A wristwatch from Glashütte can inspire in countless ways. At Mühle-Glashütte, we understand and manufacture wristwatches as time measuring instruments. This stems from the nearly 160-year tradition that our family has lived and worked within in Glashütte.

Robert Mühle laid the foundation for this in 1869. He produced precision measuring instruments for the watch industry. Our family business took on its current focus in 1994: the production of marine chronometers and wristwatches that are as precise as they are easy to read. Today, Thilo Mühle is responsible for their high quality. Since 2024, he has been supported in this by his children, Fanny and Dustin, the sixth generation of the family business.
