A whole new dimension of rosé from one of the oldest vineyards in Provence. In 2006, the winemaker Sacha Lichine purchased it with the goal of ushering in a rosé renaissance. He wanted to make rosé into something more – not just a summer drink for the beach, but a sophisticated wine for any time of year. One example of his success is Rock Angel Rosé 2020, a complex, structured, full-bodied rosé with mineral notes. The aroma of wild strawberries and blossoms with hints of spice are rounded out in the finish with a bold acidity.
