Fosca del Priorat DOQ has a burgundy colour with hints of both youth and maturity. On the nose, it combines the minerality of dark slate with the red fruit characteristic of its main grape variety, Grenache. On the palate, it is a rich and flavourful wine that strikes a balance between elegance and finesse, complexity and length.
