The thick base ensures even heat distribution and features a hard-wearing enamelled non-stick coating. The lid, which has a built-in drip function, distributes condensation evenly, enhancing the flavour of your food. Made from 94% recycled cast iron, this pot is heat-resistant up to 240 °C and suitable for all heat sources - including gas, induction, oven, grill and open fire.
