Lagavulin™ 16 Years Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky, 0.7 l, 43.0% vol., United Kingdom

With its powerful peaty aroma, this single malt is typical of the south of the Scottish island of Islay. It also features other complex and impressive flavours: there is an intensive smokey sweetness, hints of sea, salt and seaweed , which are joined by fine woody notes due to the whisky being matured for so long in oak barrels. The sustained finish perfectly puts the finishing touches to this indulgence.
