The BBQ Outdoor skillet from Le Creuset is a true all-rounder for open-flame barbecue experiences. It has a special, flameproof enamel coating that makes it suitable for use over an open flame and resistant to tarnishing, stains, peeling, cracking and rust. It can be used with both controlled and uncontrolled heat sources of up to 450 °C for baking, frying and slow cooking. The raised edge on the bottom ensures that the skillet is stable when placed on a grill rack or barbecue. Preparing larger portions is also no problem, as the skillet has a capacity of four litres.
