You can browse the products in our Airport Stores and Base Stores or whenever you like online at Worldshop.eu and pay either in Euros, Swiss Francs or with miles. You’ll also earn one mile per 1 EUR/CHF you spend.

- Be an employee of the Lufthansa Group
- Present a valid Lufthansa Group ID card in the Airport Stores and Base Stores
- Have a Miles & More account and enter your LH Group e-mail address if you want to shop online

What discount will I receive?
As an employee of the Lufthansa Group, you’ll receive 20% off selected products for your own use. The discount applies to prices in EUR/CHF as well as to miles and is available both online and in the Airport Stores and Base Stores.
Unless subject to product-related delivery restrictions, products can be shipped to all EU countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Scenario 1: I’m not a Miles & More member yet
- Register for the Miles & More programme using the following link: https://account.miles-and-more.com/worldshop/de/en/enrolment.html
- Create your login details (email address and password) during the registration process. Then go to your email inbox to click on the activation link and confirm your registration.
Once you have successfully completed your registration, go to worldshop.eu and log in with your Miles & More login details.
- To prove that you are a LH Group employee, you must add your LH Group e-mail address to your user profile.
- To do this, click on the header icon at the top right and select “User data” from the drop-down menu to access your profile.
- Click “Profile details” in the user profile.
- Add your LH Group e-mail address.
- We will then send an e-mail with the authentication link to your specified LH Group e-mail address.
- Once you have successfully identified yourself as a Lufthansa Group employee, you will see all the information saved in your user profile in the “Worldshop user data” section, including your employee or SN number.
- You are now registered as a Miles & More member and Lufthansa Group employee and can use the discount online at worldshop.eu.
Scenario 2: I’m already a Miles & More member
If you’re already registered with Miles & More, simply go to Step 2 in Scenario 1 and follow the instructions.
Scenario 3: I have registered for Travel ID
- Please note that you must have activated Miles & More for your Travel ID.
- You will already have done this either during registration or later on in your Travel ID account.
- If you have not done this yet, please activate Miles & More now.
