Taste and character
This wine captivates with its gentle fruit and fine creaminess. The nose reveals aromas of ripe pear, yellow apple and a hint of honeydew melon. The palate is smooth and soft, supported by gently understated acidity and fine minerality. The finish is long and elegant, without ever feeling heavy. Best enjoyed at 5-8 ℃, this wine is an excellent match for pan-fried fish and white meat, although it is every bit as enjoyable just on its own.
