Hair roots are deactivated using the state-of-the-art IPL technology, preventing the hair from growing back. The device employs IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) technology, deactivating hair roots with up to 1 million light impulses. The 3.8 cm2  light area makes it very fast to use. There are five different intensity settings. The timing between each impulse is between 1.5 and 2.8 seconds depending on setting.
