The Negative Heel (where the heel is lowered 3.7 degrees) gently stretches your calf, especially when you're standing. The Negative Heel shifts your weight and hence your centre of gravity further back, resulting in a more upright posture. Shifting the weight onto your heel also reduces stress on your joints. The rounded Dynamic Rocking Sole ensures a smooth roll when you walk, reducing stress on feet, knees, and hips. The sole promotes activation of the gluteal and core muscles and dynamic leg stretches as you walk.
