You can use Euro, Swiss francs, miles or the Cash & Miles option

Worldshop offers you easy and secure ways of paying for your order. Whether you choose miles, credit card, PayPal or invoice – you’ll find all the information here.
By entering your Miles & More service card number, you can easily redeem your miles. The relevant amount will then be automatically deducted from your mileage account. If you decide to make a partial payment, only using your miles for part of your purchase, you can pay the remaining amount in euros / swiss franc.

Please note, that you must redeem at least 3000 miles. If you don't have enough miles for your article/shopping basket, the remaining amount is automatically calculated in euros / swiss franc. More information about "Cash & Miles" can be found here.
It's easiest to pay for your order with a credit card. Just enter the credit card into your profile and select it at the end of your order. For orders with a higher total value, please check your credit card limit and change it if necessary. You may use the following credit cards:

Visa
Mastercard

For your security:

If your credit card is a Mastercard with Securecode function or a VISA credit card with the Verified by VISA function, a window opens at the end of the ordering process prompting you to enter your password for the relevant security system. When you have done so, the window then closes and the order is complete.

Pay fast, free of charge and completely transparently with PayPal. All you need is a PayPal account with the online payment service provider of the same name. You only have to create this account once. When you select PayPal as your payment method, you’ll be redirected to PayPal at the end of the ordering process. To pay, all you need is your email address and the password stored for PayPal. When your payment has gone through successfully, the order process is complete and you’ll receive an order confirmation by email. Payment via PayPal can only be made in Euros at present. For orders with a higher total value, please check the limit on your PayPal account and change it if necessary.

For orders with a delivery and billing address in Germany, you have the option of paying on receipt of invoice*. Please transfer the outstanding amount to the account below within 14 days of receipt of the goods and quote your order and customer numbers:

The account details can also be found on your invoice*, which will be sent to the email address registered in your customer profile. Please note that payment must be made in full. Unfortunately, we cannot accept part payments or payment by instalments.

*For first orders and orders of high value, we reserve the right not to make certain payment methods available for your order and to ask you to use a different payment method. When using our Worldshop Airport Delivery service, you can only pay by credit card or, if the payment is in Euros, via PayPal.

If your basket total is more than €5,000 / CHF 5,000, you need to pay for your order in advance, whether you select the all-cash option or a Cash & Miles payment. This also applies in the case of selected products.

For payment in advance, we will send you our bank details by email and deliver the items once we receive payment. If we do not receive payment within 10 days of request of payment, we will cancel your order.
During the order process, select the currency in which you would like to pay. Alternatively, you can specify in your profile the currency to be used to display prices when you have logged in. If you wish to pay in Swiss francs (CHF), you must enter a billing address in Switzerland or Liechtenstein.
If you would like to redeem a digital voucher or promotional code, click on the "Shopping Cart" button on the right side and enter your voucher or promotional code in the relevant field. After you have entered your voucher or promotional code, the relevant amount is applied to the total amount.
