Ruinart Champagne Blanc de Blancs has a very fine and active perlage and a lovely pale golden colour with slightly greenish reflections. Its scent is intense with notes of fresh fruit and, in particular, ripe citrus fruits. On top of this are very fine and floral notes of white peach. It is soft and harmonious on the palate - carried by a wonderful freshness. This consummate taste is rounded out with flavour notes of nectarine, citrus fruits, white flowers and fruits such as peach. The finish is appealing, long and refreshingly minerally.
