Sansibar BOS Aceto Balsamico di Modena I.G.P. “only Sansibar” Balsamic Vinegar

This exceptional balsamic vinegar is matured for 13 years using the Solera method: year on year, young balsamic vinegar is transferred from large wooden barrels to smaller and smaller barrels sealed only with a cloth. A small amount of fresh balsamic vinegar is always added at the same time. This results in an extremely fine, rounded flavour and a perfectly balanced interplay of sweetness and acidity. The vinegar is very creamy and can be drizzled over savoury and sweet dishes to enhance them. The heavy crystal glass bottle with a high-quality metal label also makes this product the ideal gift.
