This elegant Single Malt - a special, cask-strength bottling - has matured for 14 years and was finished in French Chardonnay-de-Bourgogne oak barrels. In the glass it has a golden amber hue while the flavour is dominated initially by notes of toffee, which are then crisply complemented by a hint of fruity acidity and a soft touch of spice. The finish is medium and smoothly spicy, leaving a soft aftertaste.
