Sansibar Agave Balsamic Vinegar

Premium agave syrup - highly concentrated from the heart of the agave plant - forms the base of this delicious vinegar. The sweet nectar is first fermented to fruit wine and then to vinegar. After fermentation, it is matured in stainless steel tanks and wooden barrels, similar to wine. The result is this fine balsamic vinegar - with its silky soft texture, distinct sweetness and light hint of caramel.
