A wonderfully balanced champagne, thanks to its high proportion of Chardonnay and the long cellar maturation of three to four years. The blend of more than 35 wines from perfectly ripened grapes gives this champagne its typical lightness and elegance. The Taittinger Brut Réserve is straw yellow in the glass, with notes of brioche and fruit on the nose. Flavours of peach, hawthorn and acacia blossom and a hint of vanilla meet on the palate.
