The Botanist is an Islay Dry Gin, consisting of nine classical gin varietals as well as 22 botanicals and spices that grow on the windswept hills, the peat moors and the Atlantic coast. The result is a striking, complex and floral gin with clear citrus notes.

Enchanting and luscious on the palate

The gin smells of sweet, tender menthol, apple mint, a spring forest, juniper and coriander - with aniseed undertones, lemon and orange zest. It has a bouquet of the summer flowers growing on the machair, thistle honey, coconut, gorse and wild mint. Rich and mild in flavour.
