The lid thermometer allows you to keep an eye on the temperature, whilst the porcelain-enamelled, two-part cast iron grill grate ensures even results. The electric ignition brings the burner up to temperature quickly. If you don't need the extra space, you can simply remove the side tables. A grease drip tray accessible from the front and the additional air outlet at the back make it easy to use the barbecue and keep it clean.
