As with all cooking pans from the WMF Comfort Line, these pans also have a TransTherm® universal base for optimal heat distribution and retention. So you can enjoy energy-efficient cooking on any cooker - even induction cookers. Made from hard-wearing, low-maintenance Cromargan® 18/10 stainless steel and high-quality glass, the pans and lids can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
