The internal ceramic grinding mechanism is harder than metal, food-neutral and free from wear, corrosion and abrasion. When the grinders are not in use, the aroma protection lid protects each spice grinder's mechanism from moisture and locks in the full flavour of the spices. The top-up design of the grinding mechanism also helps prevents residue spices accumulating below the grinders. The upper part of the grinders is made of copper-coloured, matte Cromargan® and high-quality plastic, while the spice jars are made of glass so that you can always see how much spice is in them.
