This aromatic extra virgin olive oil is produced in Castagneto Carducci on the coast of Tuscany. The olive varieties Moraiolo, Frantoio and Leccino are carefully picked by hand on the small "Podere La Gallinella" estate and processed to create this pure olive oil in a gentle first pressing process. With its scent of crisp green apples and freshly cut grass, the particularly fruity flavour and a spicy note, it teams really well with pasta, poultry, lamb, fish and fresh salads. Awarded the I.G.P. seal.
