With this exquisite speciality, Pojer and Sandri, the famous wine and brandy manufacturer from Trentino, once again proves itself to be a master of perfectly balanced vinegar creations. The home-grown fruit thrives at an altitude of 700 metres in the fresh Alpine air, its dark black juice is fermented and matured in small wooden barrels with no pasteurisation or preservatives. With its tangy, spicy flavour, elderberry vinegar goes particularly well with steamed vegetables or dishes based on spicy cheese.
